Course Overview

AI Project Clinic is an internship-style experience inside League Labs. Students apply with a project idea (or a problem they care about), and selected teams are paired with mentors who help them turn that idea into working software.

Teams learn to work like professional engineers: writing a clear spec, defining requirements and success criteria, breaking work into milestones, tracking progress in GitHub, and delivering iterative demos through sprints. We also teach how to use AI tools (including Claude Code) responsibly to accelerate learning while maintaining code quality.

Students who aren’t matched with a mentor can still participate through open meetings and presentations where we share project walkthroughs, engineering lessons learned, and practical techniques for shipping software.
