Access your Client Portal

Once you have created your account in our school management system, you will be able to login and complete a number of actions directly on the site such as make payments, cancel classes, schedule make-ups, and update your information.

Checking Attendance

1. Sign in to the Client Portal.
2. From Your Dashboard menu, under People you manage, select the student you would like to check past attendance for.
3. Under History, click on Past Visits.

Canceling a Class

  1. Sign in to the Client Portal.
  2. Under Upcoming, click the name of the appointment you wish to cancel your registration for.
  3. Click Cancel Registration, and then choose OK.

Scheduling a Make-Up

  1. Sign in to the Client Portal.
  2. Select the ​MAKE-UP LAB tab and use the calendar to find the date of the lab you would like to sign up for.
  3. Click on it and hit the Enroll​ button.
  4. Select the student you would like to enroll and hit the ​Finish​ button.
